Comprehensive claims service products should deliver valuable Insurer liaison, reliable reporting and above all should support the Client risk management process.Paragon appreciates the increasing need for adaptable Broker services and seeks to support the requirements of the client’s internal corporate insurance team.
We do not subscribe to the theory that one product suits all and aim to tailor our service to suit the specific business needs of the client.
We offer Claims Portfolio Management as a versatile two tier product that seeks to deliver both traditional claims broking service and enhanced in house logistical support.
Traditional Claims Broking
We are able to undertake duties traditionally performed by an Incumbent Broker. This service may be delivered as a ‘Stand Alone’ product and would normally include the following responsibilities:
• File maintenance and Insurer correspondence
• Market liaison and intelligence
• London Market claims broking
• Collation of claim statistics
• Liaison with Insurer representatives
• Collection and payment of claim funds
In House Logistical Support
Paragon are able to offer an enhanced Broker product whereby we seek to work as part of the In house Insurance team and relieve the client of a range of tasks and duties.
Each product is bespoke but would look to encompass:
• File and Record maintenance
• Internal and External claims reporting and notification
• Collation and presentation of general claims information
• Statistical support and loss ratio analysis
• Independent coverage opinion
• Claims handling strategy
• Liaison with incumbent broker, Insurer and Insurer representatives
• Review of Claims handling and reporting procedures
