  • An organisation may need to consider potential conflicts and receive the relevant contact information including the breach coach hot-line number. 
  • An organisation should consider building the breach coach hot-line into their crisis response plan prior to an event.  
  • A pro-active approach will save confusion and delays and ultimately will reduce exposure to loss.
