Paragon recognises that claims handling is of paramount importance to our clients and we place the highest emphasis on the claims service we provide. Our claims department is carefully recruited, well resourced and forms an integral part of our client team. In all matters we see ourselves as working in close partnership with your own insurance and risk management team.

We understand that professional liability claims are highly personal to the individuals involved and that they can be complex in nature and commercially sensitive. The details of each case will vary from claim to claim however each will require assistance from dedicated and experienced specialists. We view successful resolution of claims as a key element of the service we provide and work in unison with our placing colleagues to achieve the desired outcome.

We work closely with Insured’s, Incumbent Brokers and Captive Managers to formulate an agreed claims handling strategy, combining technical expertise with market knowledge to secure the optimum settlement for the client.

We accept that different circumstances and situations require individual solutions. We offer bespoke claims service packages and methods of remuneration tailored to meet a client’s individual requirements.
